2026 Mack Pickup Truck has officially pulled the covers off its first-ever full-size pickup truck – the 2026 Mack Granite Hauler. Yes, the same company famous for big rigs is now coming for the F-150, Silverado and Ram market with a tough, no-nonsense truck built in the USA.
The new Mack pickup looks exactly like what you’d expect: massive grille, bulldog hood ornament, super tall stance and frame made from the same high-strength steel used in their highway tractors. It’s big, bold and it means business.
Performance
Under the hood sits a 6.7L inline-6 turbo diesel pumping out 480 horsepower and a crazy 1,200 lb-ft of torque. There’s also a gasoline option – a twin-turbo 2.7L V6 making 410 hp for people who don’t want diesel. Both engines are paired with a heavy-duty 10-speed automatic and available 4×4. Mack says this truck can tow up to 37,000 pounds when properly equipped – that’s semi-truck territory!
Mileage
Don’t expect Prius numbers. The diesel version returns around 22 mpg highway and 15 mpg city when not towing. The gasoline V6 does about 18 mpg highway. For a truck this size and power, that’s actually pretty good these days.
Features
Inside, it feels like a modern semi cab. You get a huge 15-inch vertical touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, heated & cooled seats, 360-degree cameras, and even a built-in air compressor for tires. Safety stuff includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control that works even when towing. Higher trims come with real leather, wood trim, and a 19-speaker sound system.
Price
The base XL work truck starts at $54,900. Mid-level XLT models go for around $62,000, while the loaded Lariat and limited King Ranch versions can cross $85,000 with all options. First trucks hit dealerships in spring 2026.
